Returns
Take 30 days to make sure it’s right for your table.
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from OUR SPRING. If your purchase is not right for you, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days after they are delivered.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after that period or sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@ourspring.co with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will confirm eligibility and send the return address and packing instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping method. Keep the tracking receipt until your refund is complete.
Return shipping
For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we will cover the appropriate shipping costs and work with you on a replacement or refund.
Refunds
We will inspect your return after it arrives and email you with the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of inspection.
Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label so we can resolve it quickly.
Please do not discard the item or packaging until we have reviewed your request.
Items we cannot accept
We cannot accept items that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase are also not returnable, except where required by law.
Exchanges and cancellations
For the fastest exchange, return the eligible item and place a new order for the item you want. Damaged and incorrect orders are handled separately as described above.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. We will do our best to help, but an order cannot be changed or canceled after it has been fulfilled or shipped.
